(PRWEB) November 21, 2009 -- Health and safety specialists, Cardinus, have merged with sister companies, Active Risk Management (ARM) and Property Risk Management (PRM) to form a new “one stop shop” risk management operation – Cardinus Risk Management.
In addition to the merger a number of board appointments have been made. James Truscott who heads up the property division has been appointed as Chairman and Barbara Snape, previously head of operations has been appointed IT Director.
